Instead of recruiting young people out of college, why not recruit older people over 55? Doug Nichols at ACTION International talks briefly about the possibility.

  2. Pl see the above portal — the newest initiative in India of all places, (where young people comprise still 50% of the population), which offers the right of work to senior citizens, and look at a corporate in partnership with such a social intiative as Second careers.
