Absolutely. Lots of untapped talent and energy in the 55+ age group.
Pl see the above portal — the newest initiative in India of all places, (where young people comprise still 50% of the population), which offers the right of work to senior citizens, and look at a corporate in partnership with such a social intiative as Second careers.
