Christianity in Europe has been in decline since the 18th century Enlightenment. Today many churches stand empty or are converted to restaurants, clubs and even mosques. By contrast the church in China is experiencing phenomenal growth and there are an estimated 70 million to 100 million Chinese Christians today. Will the Chinese come to Europe’s aid and how will Europeans respond to an Asian proclamation of the gospel?
