  • The Hindu Christian Interface, a three-day training in Hindu ministry, will be held 10-12 May 2007 at the U.S. Center for World Mission in Pasadena, California, USA. For details, contact info@rethinkingforum.com.
  • Francophone Africa Regional Consultation: The 5th Francophone Africa Regional Consultation (Consultation Régionale pour l’Afrique Francophone, CRAF) will take place in May 2007. CRAF Central Africa for central African countries will be held 14-18 May 2007 in Bangui (CAR) and CRAF West Africa for West Africa countries will be held 21-25 May 2007 in Lome (Togo).   • 8 - 10 November 2007, 2007 GLOBAL MISSIONS HEALTH CONFERENCE (GMHC) -- Southeast Christian Church hosts the 12th annual Global Missions Health Conference, in Louisville, Ky, USA. Speakers this year include: Steve Saint, Dr. Peter Okaalet of MAP International, Yvette Maher of Focus on the Family, and Dr. David Stevens, of the Christian Medical & Dental Associations. The theme for the GMHC this year is "Empowering the Indigenous Church." From clinical practice and community health, to preparation and equipping for cross-cultural outreach, the HIV/AIDS pandemic, and technical innovations, breakout sessions offer a variety of learning and networking opportunities.   • Interchange 2007 Conference
  • The Interchange 2007 Conference, which will be held 5-6 December 2007 in Southampton, Pennsylvania, USA, will incorporate two segments:
  • On day 1, “Shifting Financial Realities in Missions” will bring together agency and church leaders to wrestle with issues of how to fund missions efforts in the twenty-first century.
  • Day 2 will be the Agency Mobilizers’ Conference, which will feature a variety of practical workshops for new and veteran agency personnel involved in church mobilization. The conference is sponsored by *Catalyst Services.

  • Pray40! Africa: From 19:00 Friday, 15 February to 11:00 Sunday 17 February 2008 will be held Pray40! Africa at the Living Waters Campsite 20 km north of Pretoria, South Africa. Delegates from 22 nations took part at the Pray40! Africa prayer conference in South Africa (15-17 February), where they had two twelve-hour overnight prayer watches, with twelve hours in between focused on reviewing what God has been doing in each of the 12 global regions, and praying together for the least-reached peoples of these regions.   • The MANI Southern African Consultation 18 to 22 February 2008: About 300 Christian leaders from 8 English speaking and 5 Portuguese speaking nations of Southern Africa is set to gather at the Living Waters Campsite 20 km north of Pretoria, South Africa from 18 to 22 February 2008. Partnership would be one of the tracks at the consultation.
  • Return to the Fountain 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting for the Global Student Mission Movement, Feb. 15-Mar. 6, 2008. For further information you may contact Ryan Shaw rshaw@epebbles.net. You are encouraged to consider including the challenge for the Forgotten Fourth World — the 6,000+ least-reached people groups with little access to the gospel.   • Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering, 17-18 Feb. 2008 at Good News Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa. Invitees from Southern Africa (ages 25-40) are encouraged to participate in this unique gathering of emerging leaders devoted to the Great Commission. This event will guide younger leaders in how they can strategically serve God's purposes in their nations.   • BUSINESS AS MISSION CONFERENCE -- On Saturday, February 23, 2008: Business As Mission (BAM) aims to assist individuals with an interest in exploring the possibilities and discovering the practicalities of becoming a kingdom-minded business professional in a cross-cultural context. Mission practitioners will give a general overview of the BAM paradigm for ministry while providing practical advice, case studies and stories of their own experience. The People's Church Assembly of God, Colombo, Sri Lanka, of which Pastor Dishan Wickramaratne is the Senior Pastor, is hosting an international missions conference, titled Asia Arise '08.

  • 20th April 2008: There will be a special meeting on Sunday 20th April in Istanbul/Turkey marking the anniversary of the deaths of the three martyrs.
  • 25-27 April, 2008: Nomads Missions Conference is on April 25-27, 2008 in Oklahoma City, OK. Three days for Jesus, for the world. Come and camp out under the stars on Heart of God Ministries campus as we celebrate Jesus and His Kingdom's advance among the unreached. There will be worship, teaching, prayer and games.   • On Pentecost Sunday, 11 May 2008, the nations of the world will once again unite in the Global Day of Prayer. Wherever you gather on Pentecost Sunday, there will be one thing uniting Christians from all nations: a Prayer for the World that will be prayed by millions from where the sun rises in the East to where it sets in the West. Ethnê prayer strategy group meeting Europe

  • Place: Ostfildern just outside of Stuttgart/Germany
  • Date: Late afternoon June 11, have dinner together, and to end with lunch June 13.
  • Participants: Members of the Ethnê prayer strategy group in Europe, European members of the steering committee, also mobilizers, prayer network leaders, and others passionate about the unreached peoples particularly from Europe and neighbouring areas.
  • Agenda points: Continue building stronger regional networks focusing on unreached peoples and encourage greater development of prayer mobilization and closer linking with actual field initiatives. Special time for intercession for the Unreached around the world.
