Fula
From Missiopedia
- The Fula are a part of the Fulbe (Fulani, Fula, Peul) Cluster.
- In the past 20 years or so God has been moving among this people in many places. It's a God-thing! Small churches are forming in several countries. Typically they need the Scriptures, Spirit-filled leadership, and courage. The Fula people are proud of their heritage and culture and this can make it difficult for people to become Christians and to live holy lives committed to Jesus.
- There is at least one Fula pastor, who is working with a small group of believers in the interior of the country
- There is the need for a new team of workers for Guinea. Where are young people ready to live in tough places, in order to reach the Fula of Guinea for Christ. The New Testament in the Guinea dialect of Fula has just been published. Pray that God will use His word in the lives of Fula believers. Continue to remember the small Fula Church in Pegueti.
- There is a new team forming in south-west Burkina Faso for outreach to the Fula.
- More details you can find in the Fulbe Cluster.
