OPERATION MOBILISATION INDIA (OM)

• The mission's Good Shepherd Holistic Ministries helps the poorest of the poor in the urban slums. Its aim is to proclaim the love of Christ in word and deed. In partnership with local churches, OM India runs medical clinics, primary schools for children, literacy classes for adults, vocational training for people, house fellowship groups and other projects. Through OM, the poor people find a way to be free from poverty. Children are educated and adults are trained with employable skills. Good Shepherd Holistic Ministries teams are located in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kanpur, Lucknow, Bhubaneshwar, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Pune, and Bhopal. Praise God.
• OM India Ministries emphasises education, human development, social justice and spiritual transformation. It is dedicated to train and equip Indian Christian workers to be culturally sensitive. They run several English Medium schools across the nation to give Dalits and others true empowerment through education.
